The Ketchup Story
The Problem Returns
Now I Have a Young Family… And the Same Problem
Fast forward a few years and I now have a young family of my own.
Our five-year-old son has discovered the same truth:
There’s never enough ketchup.
Those tiny ramekins you get at restaurants?
Too small. Too shallow. Completely inadequate for their intended purpose.
Fries bend. Ketchup spills. Plates get messy.
For a true ketchup enthusiast, it’s a tragedy.
Growing up, my family loved ketchup.
Not casually. Passionately.
On one memorable family vacation in British Columbia’s interior, we went through five bottles of ketchup in a single sitting.
Fries, burgers, eggs… everything was better with ketchup.DeepDip solves the problem.
The Idea
So We Built a Better Dip
DeepDip was born out of necessity.
A dip cup designed for the way people actually eat fries:
• Deep enough for full fry coverage
• Stable enough that it won’t tip
• Big enough for serious ketchup fans
No bending fries.
No messy plates.
Just the perfect dip.
Growing Up, We Took Ketchup Seriously
The Family Test
DeepDip was tested in the toughest environment possible:
A family kitchen where ketchup appears on fries… burgers… and occasionally broccoli.
If it passes that test, it’s ready for anything.
Closing
For People Who Take Their Fries Seriously
DeepDip is for anyone who has ever:
• broken a fry in a tiny sauce cup
• spilled ketchup on the table
• wished the dip was just a little deeper
We fixed it.
